Shipping Types

Our products are delivered using the following methods:

Small and Midsize Furniture — Front Door Parcel Delivery

Small and midsize furniture items are shipped via standard parcel carriers such as FedEx or UPS and delivered to your front door.

Large Furniture — Truck Delivery

Large furniture and oversized items are delivered via Truck Delivery, which is used for items that exceed standard parcel carrier size or weight limits.

Small and Midsize Furniture - Front Door Parcel Delivery

Standard Shipping — Free

Front Door Parcel items ship from our warehouse and typically arrive within 5–8 business days after your order is processed, within the contiguous United States.

Express Shipping — Optional Upgrade

For customers who need faster delivery, Express Shipping is available for an additional $95 per shipping address and typically arrives within 1–3 business days after order processing, to most destinations within the contiguous United States.

Large Furniture - Truck Delivery

For items delivered via Truck Delivery, the following service levels are available:

Front Door Delivery — Free

• Scheduled delivery by appointment

• Delivery to the front door or building entrance

• No unpacking or assembly included

Room of Choice Delivery — $200

• Scheduled delivery by appointment

• Delivery to your room of choice

• No unpacking or assembly included

White Glove Service — $350

• Scheduled delivery by appointment

• Delivery to your room of choice

• Unpacking and full assembly

• Removal of packaging materials

Service availability and pricing may vary by product and delivery location. All fees are per delivery address.

We do not ship to:

• Alaska or Hawaii

• Puerto Rico

• APO/FPO military addresses
