30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all orders. If your piece isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery, subject to the terms below.
Returns
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for free*.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be in as-new condition, unused, and suitable for resale

Original packaging is required
Once the returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse, an approved refund will be issued to the original payment method.
*Final Sale and Clearance items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless the item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect.
*Delivery and premium service fees, if charged, are non-refundable, even if the item is returned or exchanged.
Free Exchanges
You may exchange any eligible item within 30 days of delivery.

Additional exchanges for the same item may incur shipping fees

Items must be returned in as-new condition with original packaging
If the replacement item costs more, the price difference will be charged. If it costs less, the difference will be refunded.
Sofa & Sectionals
Due to their size and handling requirements, sofa and sectional returns or exchanges are subject to a restocking fee, deducted from the refund:

$120 restocking fee for sofa orders under $1,000

$240 restocking fee for sofa orders $1,000 and above
Restocking fees do not apply to items that arrive damaged or with a manufacturing defect.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos or videos.

No return shipping, restocking, or service fees will apply
1-Year Limited Warranty
All Xdeco products are covered by a one-year limited warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.
If a warranty issue is confirmed, we will work with you to repair the item, replace the defective part, or provide a replacement, at no additional cost.

Refund Processing
Refunds are issued after returned items are received and inspected.

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider

Delivery fees, including but not limited to White Glove delivery, room delivery, and other premium services, are non-refundable, even if the item is returned or exchanged.
